Production - Welders and Fabricators

K-Line is CWB certified and has a strong commitment to a safe workplace. Products include everything from Steel or Aluminum Gravel bodies to 300T Mining trailers.

• Journeymen Fabricators: strong ability to read blueprints required.
• Welders: 3 years’ experience preferred, all candidates considered.

Truck & Trailer Mechanics

Mechanics will need to use their technical knowledge and expertise to perform complex mechanical tasks in the repair, maintenance, inspection and certification of trailers with minimal supervision. Work performed must follow established procedures in a professional, safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

CVI certification required, and Class 1 driver’s is an asset. Must possess appropriate hand tools, be a solid self-starter but great working in a team environment as necessary. Commitment to safety is a must.

Truck Rigout / Air & Electrical Personnel

K-Line’s truck rigout and air & electrical department is the final stage of our production process and requires people that are highly quality conscious. For this position, welding experience is a must, air brake systems installation, truck & trailer electrical systems knowledge is needed, hydraulics knowledge an asset. Product finishing is required, Class 1 is a plus.

Trailer Finishers - will train

Job requirements: be mechanically inclined, have a top notch work ethic, and tools.

Industrial Painters

K-Line seeks experienced industrial painters with pressure pot and airless experience, masking, and other paint prep associated with steel products. (Sorry - residential paint experience is not applicable to the work experience required for this position. **Only those with industrial paint experience will be considered.

Controller - Manufacturing

The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding the financial activities for K-Line Trailers. The position will also require overseeing the Purchasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll and Benefits functions, including providing direction and supervision to office administration staff.

Job Duties entail:

• Performs monthly financial reporting and financial analysis
• Management of the day to day operation of the accounting department
• Cash forecasting and cost control
• Performs both standard costing, job costing and inventory control
• Annual budget preparation and long range planning

Desired Qualifications:

• University degree
• Professional accounting designation
• 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment
